The Product Software license (PSL) strictly prohibits activities such as copying, distribution or modification and the holder is held responsible for such actions and must act upon them.
Terms of Use of PSL
1. This license gives the holder the right to run the software on any machine of his choice. The software depends on an activation key based on a hardware address. Failure of operation or crash of the holder?s system that may result in loss of the software is not covered by the PSL.
2. The holder agrees that maximum number of concurrent users that the software allows is 16.
3. The PSL prohibits the holder from any attempt to modify, change, or add, in whole or in part, to the software. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile or crack the software are strictly prohibited subject the holder to legal action.
4. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the program except as expressly provided under this license. Any attempt otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the program is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under this license.
5. This PSL is binding the moment you acquire a copy of the software, and even before you receive your Activation Key.
6. European Professional Software (EPS) may publish revised and/or new versions of the PSL Public License from time to time. Such new versions will be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to address new problems or concerns. Each version is given a different number. If the software specifies a version number of this license which applies to it and "any later version", you have the option of following the terms and conditions either of that version or of any later version.

1. TERMINATION: If you breach any section of the PSL your right to use the software will terminate immediately and without notice. European Professional Software (EPS) reserves the right to terminate this PSL upon its judgment of breach of this PSL.
