iv) assign this AGREEMENT or give the SOFTWARE or an interest in the SOFTWARE to another individual or entity;
v) redistribute the SOFTWARE (i.e. give copies of the SOFTWARE to third parties) in any form and under any circumstances whatsoever, unless you have obtained prior written consent from WiseKid.net.
c) You agree that you shall comply with all relevant import and export laws, rules and regulations affecting the SOFTWARE or any portion of it.
