PRODUCT LICENSE
Each user of our product needs to purchase license. If you install or use our product on multiple work computers, you need to purchase multiple licenses, one for each computer. A user may purchase one license and install the product on a single work computer and on a home computer. Product collections may not be broken up and shared among users or computers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Installation or use of product from XL Modeling indicates your agreement with the following.
LICENSING AND INSTALLATION
If the product is for use primarily by a single individual, a single license is required to be purchased from XL Modeling or an authorized reseller and the product may only be installed only on that person's business computer and on that person's home computer. The product may not be used by others from their computers or installed on other computers.
If the product is for installation on a single computer used by multiple individuals throughout the day, a single license is required to be purchased from XL Modeling or an authorized reseller and the product may only be installed only on that computer. The product may not be used by others from their computers or installed on other computers.
If the product is used by multiple users on multiple computers through a network or other connection, then a license is required to be purchased from XL Modeling or an authorized reseller for each user.
Installation and copies of the product may be made only in support of one of these uses or to provide a backup copy unless permission from XL Modeling to do otherwise has been obtained.
Purchasing a license to the product only gives you the right to use the product. It does not give you the right to resale or distribute the product.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
The product from XL Modeling are distributed as is and without warranties. No statement made about them including but not limited to statements on the Internet, by distributors, in advertisements, in product reviews, in the product, or in the documentation constitutes a warranty.
In no event shall XL Modeling be liable for any loss of profit, any loss of data, any expenses, any cost, any problems, or any damage of any kind resulting from but not limited to the installation, use, evaluation, or un-installation of the product or from the information in the product. Evaluate and use the product and the information in them at your own risk. There is no guarantee that the product or the information in them is free of errors. Any liability will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of the purchase price.

IN NO EVENT WILL XL MODELING BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR THE INFORMATION IN IT, EVEN IF XL MODELING OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
AGREEMENT
The term of this agreement will begin upon installation or use of the product, whichever comes first. This Agreement supersedes any earlier Agreements.
If any provision of the Agreement (or portions thereof) will be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement will not in any way be affected or impaired.
