Before loading this software on your computer, you should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Loading or using the Licensed Software indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them you may not load or use the Licensed Software.
This Software is distributed as Shareware. It is NOT free, Free Ware, or in the Public Domain. Individual copies of the unregistered version of the Software may be given to your friends and associates for the same thirty-day free trial period.
I. LICENSE

This Agreement grants you the right to install and use the Software on your computer. II. NO WARRANTIES
The Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages and losses, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, arising out of any use or misuse of the Software or any sequential damages including but not limited to the distribution of the files created by the Software. The User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Publisher from and against any claims or lawsuits, including Attorney's fees, that arise or result from any loss, damage, or liability in any form.
III. PERFORMANCE
The Publisher does not guarantee there are no imperfections or errors in the Software. The Software will not intentionally cause any malicious behavior.
IV. PRIVACY PROTECTION
Any personal information disclosed to the Publisher as a result of registration will be held confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party for commercial or non-profit purposes.
V. NO REFUND
No refund is given at any time, unless authorized by the Publisher, under circumstances such as the licensing mechanism fails to work, the Software's performance no longer meet the need within one month of the purchase due to changes in computing environment, etc. You should contact us to see if you qualify.
VI. COPYRIGHT
All rights, title, and copyrights in and to the Software and any copies of the Software are owned by Alparysoft R&D. You agree not to cause or permit the reverse engineering, decompile, or disassemble the Software or remove copyright notes from the Software.
This software uses Intel Open Source Computer Vision library (Copyright (C) 2000, Intel Corporation, all rights reserved) which is permitted by Intel license agreement. In no event shall Intel corporation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software.
VII. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Publisher may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
